Single-section bunker for inert materials 1x15 cu.m.

For the installation of the dosing complex, no special foundation is required; the complex is installed on a flat, solid platform.

The hoppers are mounted on a special frame. Each hopper has one sector valve, which is controlled by a "Camozzi" (Italy) pneumatic cylinder installed on it. Each hopper is equipped with two "OLI" (Italy) vibrator-shakers.

To ensure the operability of the dosing complex, it must be connected to a compressed air main with an operating pressure of at least 0.6 MPa. We recommend using "ABAC" (Italy) compressors. A platform for installing the compressor is already provided in the frame of the dosing complex. This allows protecting the compressor from dust from the plant and atmospheric precipitation.

The inert material dispenser (conveyor) is suspended under the hoppers on four high-accuracy load cells "Cas" (South Korea) SBA-2T with a total load capacity of 8 tons.

Inert materials (sand, screenings, crushed stone, etc.) are supplied to the hoppers using lifting mechanisms. To prevent large fractions from entering the hoppers, grids with a mesh size of 100 mm x 100 mm or other sizes (optional) can be installed on the hoppers.

Further operation is carried out by means of a control panel (depending on the chosen configuration, delivery with an automatic control panel is possible). The valve of the first hopper opens and the main dose of the first component is fed. Accurate dosing is performed automatically with impulse valve opening.

The automation monitors the accumulation of the required dose. If there is difficulty in supplying inert materials from the hoppers, the "OLI" (Italy) vibrator-shakers on the required hopper are briefly activated. As the dose is accumulated and weighed, the automation activates the DI-9 conveyor-doser drive, and the weighed dose of inert materials is fed into the receiving hopper. Then, in the same sequence, the next component of the next hopper is fed and weighed.
