For the installation of the dosing complex, there is no need to manufacture a special foundation; the complex is installed on a flat, sturdy platform.

The hoppers are mounted on a special frame. Each hopper has one sector valve, controlled by a "Camozzi" (Italy) pneumatic cylinder installed on it. Each hopper is equipped with two "OLI" (Italy) vibrator-shakers.

To ensure the operation of the dosing complex, it must be connected to a compressed air main with an operating pressure of at least 0.6 MPa. We recommend using "ABAC" (Italy) compressors. A platform for installing the compressor has already been provided in the dosing complex frame. This allows the compressor to be protected from factory dust and atmospheric precipitation.

The inert material dispenser (conveyor) is suspended under the hoppers on four high-precision "Cas" (South Korea) SBA-2T load cells with a total capacity of 8 tons.

Inert materials (sand, screenings, crushed stone, etc.) are supplied to the hoppers by lifting mechanisms. To protect the hoppers from the entry of large fractions, grids with a mesh size of 100 mm by 100 mm or other sizes (optional) can be installed on the hoppers.

Further operation is carried out using a control panel (depending on the selected configuration, supply with an automatic control panel is possible). The valve of the first hopper opens and the main dose of the first component is fed. Precise dosing is performed by automation and impulse opening of the valve.

The automation monitors the accumulation of the required dose. If there is difficulty in feeding inert materials from the hoppers, the "OLI" vibrator-shakers (Italy) on the necessary hopper are activated briefly. As the dose is accumulated and weighed, the automation activates the drive of the DI-9 conveyor-dispenser, and the weighed dose of inert materials is delivered to the receiving hopper. Then, in the same sequence, the next component from the next hopper is fed and weighed.
