Arco met7 MCG intensive concrete mixer is a specially designed continuous mixer for mixtures used in various industries. High mixing efficiency is achieved in a short time thanks to special mixing stars that ensure mixture homogeneity, avoiding unmixed or dead zones.

Speed adjustment of the swirl generator is carried out by a hydraulic drive, allowing the material to be fully mixed using only the necessary portion of power.

Depending on the application area, the intensive mixer can be equipped with additional accessories and options to optimize mixing quality, mixer lifespan, and productivity. If necessary, new solutions can be developed to meet the customer's specifications.

Intensive Concrete Mixer Design

The mixing star consists of upper and lower mixing blades, side scrapers, and discharge blades. For convenience of maintenance and cleaning, the mixing device is lifted using a hydraulic mechanism. The lining is made of 10 mm wear-resistant steel alloy.

The mixing blades are made of a special 20 mm thick wear-resistant alloy. It has an automatic lubrication system with uniform oil distribution for minimal wear of the rotating blades. A carefully designed hydraulic shutter ensures smooth and even mixture discharge.
