The pan concrete mixer is well suited for concrete production plants, refractory warehouses, waste inertization while preserving the environment, and industrial use, offering a wide range of models with varying capacities from 0.5 to 3.5 cubic meters per cycle.

In a short time, the mixer delivers high performance even with complex mixtures. Homogeneity of the mixture is achieved throughout the entire body, avoiding dead or disproportionate zones.

The rotor with blades is equipped with special springs that, upon encountering an obstacle, adapt the blades to prevent damage. Material mixing occurs through blade rotation and the movement of the mixture from the center toward the walls. Specially curved blades and paddles ensure three-dimensional mixing, producing a mixture of excellent quality.

External and internal scrapers keep the material within the mixing zone. Mixing time is 2-5 minutes depending on the type of mixture. The internal lining is made of 10 mm thick steel alloy 450HB, making it more resistant. The cast blades are made from Ni Hard superior steel to avoid wear. The discharge hatch is hydraulically driven, with the possibility of adding 2-3 hatches depending on the model. The gear motor is selected based on 37/45 kW for each 1 cubic meter.
