Structure of the twin-shaft concrete mixer
The ultra-strong mixer drum, as well as its processing using CNC machines, ensure a flat position of the mixing shaft supports during full batch loading.
Italian-made angular gear reducers are mounted on the mixer drum using a bell-shaped coupling developed by SICOMA, which simplifies maintenance of the sealed units.
Shaft supports are modular; automatic lubrication is carried out by a pump and a progressive oil distributor that supplies the required amount of lubricant to prevent overconsumption and contamination of the concrete.
The standard package includes: top cover, emergency block, service platform, manual oil station pump. Exclusive MAO parameters protected by international patents: reduced-size discharge gate, double discharge gate, gear reducers on hinged mounting, low-speed shaft rotation motor.
