KARMEL aggregate pre-loading line is a high-performance system that provides uniform and controlled feeding of sand, crushed stone, gravel, mineral additives, and other bulk components into the production process. It is used for concrete batching plants, asphalt plants, soil mixing plants, as well as in mining and processing industries.
Structural elements of the KARMEL pre-loading line
1. Aggregate storage bins
- Volume from 10 to 100 m³;
- Possibility to install 2-6 bins for different fractions;
- Automatic fill level control
2. Dosing system
- Weighing or belt dosing units;
- Precise regulation of material feeding into the mixer
3. Conveyor transportation system
- Belt or screw conveyors;
- Feed rate adjustment
4. Automated control system
- PLC controller with touch screen;
- Remote control of material feeding
