The company KARMEL continues to expand the geography of implemented projects in Ukraine. This time, a new concrete batching plant was successfully commissioned in the city of Lutsk — one of the key centers of construction and infrastructure development in the western part of the country.
The new plant is already operating in normal mode and provides stable production of concrete mix for residential, commercial, and road facilities in the region.

During the project implementation, the main focus was on productivity, reliability, and production automation. The plant is equipped with a modern dosing system and automatic control, which allows monitoring all stages of concrete mix preparation with maximum accuracy.

Reliable equipment and efficient logistics
For stable operation of the plant, capacious aggregate storage bins, a modern conveyor system, and silos for cement storage are provided. The plant is designed to ensure a continuous production process and comfortable equipment maintenance.
The automatic dosing system for water and components allows maintaining stable concrete quality regardless of operating conditions and plant load.

The control system of the concrete batching plant is built on a modern PLC controller with the capability of real-time monitoring of production processes. This provides:

- dosing accuracy,
- quick recipe adjustment,
