The company KARMEL has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a new mobile concrete batching plant in Lviv. The new facility combines high productivity, autonomy, and mobility, making it an effective solution for modern construction.
The mobile design allows for rapid organization of concrete production directly near the construction site and, if necessary, relocating the plant to a new project. This is especially important for companies working on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and residential projects.
Thoughtful configuration for stable operation
The new mobile plant is equipped with four aggregate storage bins with a capacity of 15 m³ each, allowing simultaneous work with different types of aggregates and flexible adjustment of concrete mix recipes.
For material feeding, a feeder for aggregates is provided, which ensures efficient organization of the production process and uninterrupted operation of the plant.
The core of the installation is a reliable twin-shaft mixer SICOMA MAO 3000/2000 l. Thanks to intensive mixing of components, it ensures the homogeneity of the concrete mix and stable quality of the finished product.
Possibility of development according to production needs
The initial configuration of the plant includes a cement silo with a capacity of 75 tons. At the same time, the design of the installation allows expanding the configuration and installing up to four silos, depending on production volumes and enterprise needs.
Such modularity provides the opportunity to gradually increase production capacity without the need for complete equipment replacement.
