The company KARMEL continues to expand the geography of implemented projects, providing Ukrainian enterprises with modern concrete batching plants of its own production. The latest successful project was the launch of the KARMEL 100K concrete plant in the Kobleve settlement, Mykolaiv region.
After the completion of installation and commissioning works, the plant was successfully put into operation and has already started producing concrete mix for the implementation of construction and infrastructure projects in the region.
High productivity for large-scale construction
KARMEL 100K is a modern stationary concrete batching plant with a capacity of up to 100 m³ of concrete per hour, designed for enterprises that require stable operation, high dosing accuracy, and continuous production process.
The basis of the plant is a SICOMA twin-shaft mixer with a volume of 3000/2000 l, which guarantees intensive mixing of components and obtaining a homogeneous concrete mix even when operating at maximum capacity.
Configuration ensuring efficiency
An optimal configuration was selected for the new plant, which ensures a continuous production cycle and ease of operation.
The plant includes:

a SICOMA twin-shaft mixer 3000/2000 l;

a four-section aggregate storage bin, allowing simultaneous work with several types of aggregates;

two silos for cement storage;

an automatic dosing system for components;

a modern production process control system.
This combination of equipment provides high productivity, stable concrete quality, and efficient use of raw materials.

One of the key advantages of KARMEL 100K is a high level of automation. The intelligent control system monitors all stages of production — from dosing aggregates and cement to preparing the finished concrete mix.
