Construction of a concrete batching plant — this is not just equipment purchase. It is a strategic decision that affects product quality, construction speed, operational costs, and business profitability for years ahead. That is why the company KARMEL positions itself not as an equipment supplier, but as a long-term engineering partner.
For more than 25 years of work, we have gone from a small workshop to a powerful production facility with international quality standards. Today our concrete batching plants operate in Ukraine, Europe, Asia, and Africa — on roads, bridges, industrial sites, wind power plants, and large infrastructure projects. But behind every plant stands a clear process, team, and work philosophy.
1. What does your plant start with? — The right questions instead of templates

Every project starts not from a catalog, but from dialogue. Our clients come with different tasks: some build roads, some residential complexes, some work in quarries or industrial parks. Therefore, the first stage is deep immersion into the customer's needs.
We help answer key questions:
-
What concrete volumes do you need now and in 3–5 years?
-
Will the plant be stationary or mobile?
-
What concrete grades do you plan to produce?
-
What are the climatic working conditions?
-
What are the requirements for ecology and dust protection?
-
Is full automation and remote control needed?
It is at this stage that an individual technical solution is born — instead of a typical «boxed product».
2. KARMEL engineering: the heart of any plant — the mixer

Concrete quality starts not with cement — but with a properly designed mixer. In our plants, we use modern twin-shaft, planetary, or rotary mixers, including from the Italian brand SICOMA.
Why is this important?
-
Twin-shaft mixers provide fast and uniform mixing even for complex mixtures.
-
Planetary mixers — ideal for dry and stiff concretes.
-
Rotary mixers — effective for special recipes.
This means stable concrete quality from the first to the last cubic meter, without «failures» in the recipe.
3. How the plant is built: project implementation stages
Stage 1 — Design

Our engineers create a 3D model of the future plant, taking into account the arrangement of silos, hoppers, conveyors, dosing units, the control room, and transport logistics.
Stage 2 — Equipment manufacturing
All key units are manufactured at KARMEL facilities: metal structures, aggregate storage bins, dosing systems, transport mechanisms.
Stage 3 — Delivery and installation

Our plants are designed so that they can be transported by standard trailers and quickly assembled on site.
The average installation time is 10 days, after which commissioning works begin.
Stage 4 — Launch and Personnel Training
We do not simply «press the button». Our specialists train operators, explain the logic of the control system, and adjust concrete recipes for the specific tasks of the customer.
4. Automation and Digital Control — the factory of the future today

A modern concrete batching plant — is not just metal and engines. It is a high-tech control system.
KARMEL plants are equipped with:
-
PLC controllers,
-
automatic dosing of aggregate, cement and water,
-
remote process monitoring,
-
possibility of remote diagnostics.
This means:
-
fewer human errors,
-
more accurate recipes,
-
more stable concrete quality,
-
faster response to technical problems.
5. Logistics and compactness — saving space and resources

Many clients choose KARMEL due to the well-thought-out equipment layout.
For example, plants with skip feeder material supply allow to:
-
reduce the area required for the plant,
-
reduce energy consumption,
-
lower operating costs.
This is especially important for enterprises located within cities or industrial parks.
6. Post-warranty service — something often forgotten

A concrete batching plant is not a smartphone that is replaced every two years. It is equipment that must operate for decades.
That is why KARMEL provides:
-
technical support after the warranty period ends,
-
regular service maintenance,
-
spare parts supply,
-
automation systems modernization.
Our clients know: even 10 years after launch, we remain close.
7. KARMEL people — who stands behind your plant

Behind every plant stands a team: engineers, welders, designers, electricians, programmers, service specialists.
These are the people rarely seen by customers, but they are the ones who make sure your plant operates reliably.
8. Exhibitions, recognition, and international development

We regularly participate in international exhibitions:
-
EuroBuildExpo,
-
KyivBuild,
-
industrial forums in Poland, Germany, France, UAE.
A separate direction is cooperation with industrial parks, in particular with the British Markham Vale, which opens new opportunities for KARMEL in Europe.
9. How to choose your concrete batching plant? — a brief guide for the client

If you are planning to launch a CBP, pay attention to:
-
Productivity — does it meet your needs?
-
Type of mixer — twin-shaft or planetary?
-
Automation system — is there remote control?
-
Logistics — is the plant easy to transport?
-
Service — does the manufacturer provide after-sales support?
-
Company experience — how many projects have been completed?
For all these points, KARMEL meets the highest standards.
10. KARMEL — more than concrete batching plants

We do not just manufacture equipment. We create instruments for the development of the country.
Our plants operate where the future of Ukraine is being built: on roads, bridges, industrial facilities, and energy projects.
KARMEL — reliability that has a name.
KARMEL — building a strong Ukraine.
