At the enterprise, a competition among students of Vocational School No. 11 of Khmelnytskyi city took place, where participants demonstrated their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of welding works.
The purpose of the competition — support for youth and development of professional personnel
The main goal of the event is to support gifted youth and motivate them to develop in the profession of electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines.
Such initiatives help prepare highly qualified specialists who are already shaping the future of Ukrainian production today.

Representatives of PE “KARMEL” and VPU No. 11 participated in the jury work, ensuring an objective assessment of the participants' knowledge and practical skills.
