The company KARMEL continues to implement large-scale projects throughout Ukraine. The next successful stage was the launch of the new concrete batching plant KARMEL 100K in the city of Netishyn, Khmelnytskyi region.
The new production complex was created to ensure the stable output of high-quality concrete and is already ready to operate at residential, industrial, and infrastructure construction sites.
Capacity and productivity for large projects
KARMEL 100K is a modern concrete batching plant with a capacity of up to 100 m³ of concrete per hour, combining high productivity, automation, and reliability.
The core of the production line is a SICOMA 3000/2000 l twin-shaft mixer, which provides intensive and uniform mixing of all components of the concrete mixture. Thanks to this, the plant consistently produces high-quality concrete even when operating in continuous mode.
Thoughtful configuration for efficient operation
The configuration of the new plant was selected according to the customer's needs and includes everything necessary for uninterrupted production:

a two-section complex with two cement silos, providing a sufficient material reserve for intensive operation;

a four-section aggregate storage bin, which allows simultaneous work with several types of aggregates;

automatic dosing systems for components to ensure maximum production accuracy.
This technical solution ensures high productivity, ease of operation, and the ability to quickly adapt production to different concrete recipes.
