The company KARMEL has successfully commissioned a new concrete batching plant KARMEL-80K in the city of Brody, Lviv region. The new plant became another completed project of the company in western Ukraine and is already ready to provide stable concrete production for construction and infrastructure facilities in the region.
Reliable solution for modern construction
KARMEL-80K is a modern concrete plant with a capacity of up to 80 m³ of concrete per hour, designed for efficient operation under high load conditions and continuous production.
The plant is equipped with:
- a twin-shaft mixer SICOMA 2500/1500 l,
- an automatic dosing system,
- a modern production control system,
- a belt conveyor system for material transportation.
The Italian mixer SICOMA ensures uniform and rapid mixing of components, allowing to achieve stable quality of the concrete mixture regardless of the complexity of the recipe.
Thoughtful configuration for stable operation
For uninterrupted operation, the plant is equipped with:
- two cement silos of 75 tons each,
- a three-section aggregate storage bin 3×20 m³.
This configuration allows efficient work with different types of materials and ensures stable supply of components into the production cycle.
Automation and process control
One of the key advantages of KARMEL-80K is a high level of automation. The control system allows the operator to monitor all stages of production — from material dosing to unloading of the finished concrete mixture.
This provides:
- accuracy of recipes,
- minimization of human factor,
- stable product quality,
- efficient use of materials.
