The company KARMEL has successfully completed the launch of the KARMEL 60K concrete batching plant in the city of Poltava. The new plant is already integrated into the production process and provides the region with stable volumes of high-quality concrete for construction and infrastructure projects.
Optimal solution for regional construction
The model KARMEL 60K is designed for production of up to 60 m³/h of concrete, making it a versatile solution for urban development, road works, and industrial facilities.
The plant can be equipped with a twin-shaft, planetary, or rotary mixer with a capacity of 2250/1500 l, providing flexibility for different recipes and types of concrete mixes.
Automation that delivers results
The plant is equipped with an automatic dosing system and PLC control with remote monitoring capability.
This allows the operator to control all production stages, maintaining consistent quality and repeatability of each cycle.
Supply stability and environmental standards
For continuous operation, the following are provided:

four aggregate storage bins of 20 m³ each,

the possibility to install 1–4 cement silos with a capacity of 75–200 tons,

a belt conveyor system for material transportation,

an integrated dust protection system that meets modern environmental production requirements.
Fast launch — fast results
Installation and commissioning of the plant were completed within 10 days.
The discharge height of 3.8–4.15 m allows working with various types of concrete mixers, and the power of 94 kW ensures efficient operation with optimal energy consumption.
The launch of KARMEL 60K in Poltava is another step towards the development of modern construction infrastructure in the region and an example of how Ukrainian engineering solutions effectively operate under various conditions.
