The company KARMEL has commissioned the concrete batching plant KARMEL 60K in the city of Kryvyi Rih — one of the key industrial centers of Ukraine. The new plant is already ready to provide stable volumes of quality concrete for urban and industrial projects in the region.
Solution adapted to industrial conditions
KARMEL 60K — is a balanced combination of productivity, automation, and reliability.
The plant is designed to produce up to 60 m³ of concrete per hour and can be equipped with a twin-shaft, planetary, or rotary mixer with a volume of 2250/1500 l, allowing the plant to be adapted to specific recipes and customer requirements.
Process control and stable quality
The plant is equipped with an automatic dosing system and PLC control with remote monitoring capability. This ensures:

consistent quality of each batch of concrete,

minimal human factor influence.
Thoughtful logistics and environmental friendliness
For continuous operation, the following are provided:

four-section aggregate storage bin (4×20 m³),

the possibility to install from 1 to 4 cement silos with a volume of 75–200 tons,

a belt conveyor for stable material supply,

a built-in dust protection system that meets modern environmental requirements.
Fast results — without unnecessary downtime
The full cycle of installation and commissioning of KARMEL 60K in Kryvyi Rih took 10 days.
The discharge height of 3.8–4.15 m allows working with different types of concrete mixers, and the power of 94 kW ensures efficient and economical operation.
