The company KARMEL continues to implement modern concrete batching plant solutions throughout Ukraine. In the city of Kolomyia, a new concrete batching plant KARMEL 100K has been successfully commissioned, designed for intensive concrete production for regional infrastructure and commercial projects.
The new plant is already operating in normal mode and provides stable volumes of high-quality concrete mix.
Capacity for large-scale tasks
KARMEL 100K provides productivity up to 100 m³ of concrete per hour, making it an efficient solution for large construction sites.
The plant is equipped with a twin-shaft or planetary mixer with a volume of 3750/2500 l, which guarantees uniform mixing of components and stable product quality.
Full control of the production process
The plant is equipped with an automatic dosing system for aggregate, cement, and water with digital control.
PLC controller and remote control allow the operator to fully control all production stages and quickly adapt recipes to specific tasks.
Reliable logistics and environmental friendliness
For continuous operation, the following are provided:

4 aggregate storage bins of 20 m³ each,

the possibility to install from 1 to 6 cement silos with a volume of 75โ500 tons,

a belt conveyor for stable material supply,

a built-in dust protection system with filtration that meets modern environmental requirements.
Fast start-up โ minimal downtime
Installation and commissioning were completed in just 10 days.
The discharge height of 3.8โ4.15 m allows working with different types of concrete mixers, and the power of 154 kW ensures efficient and stable operation of the plant.
The launch of KARMEL 100K in Kolomyia is another example of how modern Ukrainian concrete batching plants contribute to the development of regional infrastructure and meet the requirements of modern construction.
