The company KARMEL has successfully commissioned a new concrete batching plant KARMEL 100K in the Khmelnytskyi region. This is a powerful modern plant designed for stable operation under conditions of intensive construction and high production loads.
The launch of the plant was another step in the development of regional construction infrastructure and confirmed the effectiveness of KARMEL's engineering solutions in real operating conditions.
Capacity and technological capabilities
The concrete batching plant KARMEL 100K provides a capacity of up to 100 m³ of concrete per hour and is equipped with modern mixers with a volume of 3750/2500 l — twin-shaft or planetary type, depending on the customer's requirements.
This guarantees high quality of the concrete mix and stability of each production cycle.
Modern automation and precise dosing
The plant is equipped with an automatic dosing system for aggregate, cement, and water with digital control.
The PLC controller and remote control capability allow full control over all production stages and minimize human factor.

Installation and commissioning were completed in just 10 days.
The discharge height of 3.8–4.15 m allows working with different types of concrete mixers, and the total plant power of 154 kW ensures efficient and stable operation.
